Handles all donations with care and respect. Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to designated areas. Ensures inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances. Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and product type are loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards. Efficiently move product from staging and storage areas into trailers. Sorts donated goods and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online sales, salvage, and trash, according to established guidelines. Use machinery safely and appropriately to tip or compact designated products for sale or recycling. Maintains high quality and high quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
