Contributes to execution of proposal strategy by generating customized, quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals - Learns to use knowledge of the client to identify and develop a winning strategy - Attends meetings, creates content, helps with edits, participates in debriefs, etc - Maintains data and develops insights relevant to new business pursuits - Learns JLL platform across multiple service lines - Gains an understanding of JLL tools and technology. Experience. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing 3 5 years of related experience, real estate experience a plus. Strong creative skills and knowledge of graphic design Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud (In. Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop)Technologically savvy. Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
