The Director of Technical Services and Training serves as the technical expert and on call support of all operations and managements systems across the Niman Ranch Sow Farms. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure all team members adherence to all Niman Ranch production standards and expectations. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for technology systems across the farms (Maximus Software, Ventilation systems, Nedap/ Velos, Gestal, etc.). Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize where possible. Responsible for the development, implementation, training, documentation, and adherence to all standard operating procedures. Responsible for gestation and lactation feed curve plans and body condition score optimization. Serve as a leader and role model for safety initiatives and training. Continually seek process improvement opportunities across the system. Ensure nutrient management plan adherence at all farms. Lead cross training initiatives across the farm system.
