Identify potential clients and opportunities in both the MDOT Bay Region and municipal markets in Michigan and assist with business development and introduction of Fishbeck to these markets. Assist with developing responses to Request for Proposals for various potential clients. Assist in building and managing a team of qualified engineers and technicians performing inspection, administration, and documentation for infrastructure projects from pre-bid meeting to contract close-out. Assist with establishing teaming relationships with other consultants to pursue potential projects. Administration and coordination of multiple municipal, highway and bridge rehabilitation and reconstruction projects. Verify the Contractors completed work is in compliance with the contract documents for each project.
