Maintain responsibility for physical and electronic records management (actively manage office onsite and offsite files), information mobility (file transfers), information barriers, legal holds and retention of client records in compliance with Firm policies and standard procedures. Utilize Records Management System to enter, index and update folder, subfolder and box content including running client, matter, lawyer and other defined reports and forms. Position Requirements: Must have excellent communication and time management skills. Must have knowledge of law firm information management principles to execute appropriate operation decision. Experience with records management software is needed (i. Manage Records Manager (IRM), File. Trail, Legal. KEY, preferred).
