Responsibilities for this position include utilizing advanced skills to perform preventative and corrective maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment for all data center(s) assigned and maintaining mission-critical uptime of 99.999% or higher. Other responsibilities include vendor management, scheduling and documentation control. Must build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Technical Assistance Associate team (TAC) and provide hands-on training as required. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:24 x 7 facility on-call responsibility. Monitor and maintain the operations, maintenance and repair of all mission-critical equipment and systems supporting 24 x 7 data center operators to achieve 99.999% uptime and 100% compliance with all customer SLA - Vendor relationship management.
