The Lead Registered Nurse is responsible as the office point of contact for nursing and clinical activities. Assists the Office Manager in maintaining daily clinical operations and quality of care in accordance with established procedures, standards and regulatory requirements. Acts as the central point of contact for nursing clinical practice work flows as it relates to the electronic medical record (EMR), including documentation that supports patient centered medical home (p.
