QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you will support the development, implementation, and management of quality control programs and procedures. This position involves translating customer specifications and industry standards into product/process criteria and developing control plans to meet those requirements. You will also address day-to-day production supplier and customer quality issues within the manufacturing plant. Responsible for the development, application, interpretation, and maintenance of quality standards necessary to ensure Flowserve products are in compliance with industry codes and standards. This role involves developing and initiating methods and procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluation of process quality, as well as analyzing and reporting quality data to ensure continuous improvement. You will evaluate supplier quality and collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Purchasing to identify and implement supplier improvement opportunities.
