Addiction Counselor Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $34.74 - $52.12 an hour - Per Diem Days, Various shifts and hours per week - Range includes per diem differential $2.50/hr for weekend shifts. Boulder Community Health is seeking an Addiction Counselor who develops and implements a culturally responsive, evidence-based substance-use disorder (SUD) treatment program, who performs assessment, therapy, and treatment planning.
