Programs and monitors computer and peripheral equipment such as servers, alarm receivers, and switching hardware. Provides Level 1 technical support, including telco, server, signaling, and mainframe applications, along with guidance and training. Troubleshoots and restores routine technical issues, analyzing faults and making necessary adjustments. Maintains records, procedures, and templates related to alarm systems. Performs system maintenance to ensure alarm signal receivers and servers operate at a 99.999% uptime, supporting current and future customer needs. Minimum Education & Experience: Associate degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years alarm panel or communicator experience 1-2 years Microsoft OS & Office, PC/ Server experience Additional Skills & Certifications: Basic knowledge of alarm system communication methods and protocols.
