Construction Laborer

As a Construction Laborer, you will work at construction sites performing a wide range of tasks while assisting other tradespeople and machine operators. Pay Rate: $14 - $16 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Construction Laborer:

• Assisting in General Mills plant, using a floor cleaner in freezer and waxing the floor and any additional construction tasks that may need completed within the plant
• Assist with site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris
• Load and unload building materials
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe

Available shifts: Shift timings - All Available

Job requirements:

• Construction experience is a plus
• Use tools of the trade
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Work in all weather conditions
• Background Check Required
