Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 9a-5p

Pay: $54.65/hr-$68.71/hr based on experience and education

The Hospice RN will be responsible for the following duties:

- Collaborates with the Interdisciplinary team, coordinating comprehensive nursing services.

- Informs the physician and other Hospice personnel of any changes in the patients condition.

- Assists in the explanation of Hospice eligibility criteria and reimbursement sources.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 years experience in nursing which includes any combination of medical-surgical, oncological, palliative and community home health/hospice

- Current NYS Registered Nurse license

- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
