Location Jacksonville FL Job Type Full-Time Regular Project Scheduler Jacksonville, Florida The Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Scheduler based in Jacksonville, FL. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring construction project schedules, coordinating with project managers and teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. Responsibilities include developing project timelines, tracking project progress, identifying potential delays, and ensuring resource availability. Effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders are also key aspects of this role. The Project scheduler will also assist with submittals through management of submittal registers, transmittal logs, and coordination of critical submittal dates with the planned schedule of activities considering review and lead times. Qualifications Experience in creating and maintaining project schedules, and knowledgeable in project management methodologies. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, effective communication and team collaboration skills. Familiarity with construction and environmental industry standards is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field is a plus. Requires at least 2 years of experience with Primavera P6.
