This is a crucial role for an individual who is hands-on, enjoys solving mechanical problems, and wants to contribute to building safer, more resilient environments. Assembler Job Duties and Requirements:
- Reads and interprets technical documents and blueprints to accurately fit, fasten, and align components and products using various hand and power tools.
- Conducts thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and identifies and reports any defective items.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and organized workspace and adheres to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Collaborates with team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently.
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs.
