JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse CLASSIFICATION: Central Nursing PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT: Full Time, Monday-Friday, Non-Exempt IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: RN Supervising Residential Nurse POSITION SUMMARY: Registered Nurse ensuring appropriate medical care to the people we serve, directly or through an LPN, by: performing skilled nursing duties; providing training, direction, and assistance to direct care staff; communicating and enforcing medical policies and procedures; providing oversight to certified staff in the administration of medication. QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education, Training & Experience: Current New York State Registered Nurse license One (1) year nursing experience Preferred Education, Training & Experience: Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.
