As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills to join our Miami-based team. This is an onsite position. Position Overview In this role, you will be a strategic partner in driving data-informed decision-making across the business. You will work closely with leadership to interpret complex datasets, identify key opportunities, and turn analytics into actionable strategies. You'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce, Shopify, Tableau, and SQL, to clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources-ensuring our teams have accurate, timely insights that directly impact growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve, clean, and organize data from various platforms, including Salesforce, Shopify, and BigQuery, transforming it into curated analytics datasets.
  • Analyze business performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, growth drivers, and areas for optimization.
  • Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards using advanced data visualization best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders-including Sales, Marketing, and Operations-to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Present clear, compelling insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Data Analytics to support strategic initiatives and departmental goals.
  • Proactively identify data integrity issues and implement improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Shopify, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to real-world operational and financial outcomes.
  • Exceptional data cleaning, organization, and transformation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex findings in simple, actionable terms.
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
