About the Position
At CVS Health, our product data science team is at the forefront of leveraging advanced analytics and healthcare expertise to drive product innovation. We focus on improving Aetna's health plans and programs by tailoring services to meet the clinical needs of members, all while aiming for better quality care at a competitive price.
As the Lead Data Scientist for Product Advancement, you will collaborate with diverse experts across the organization to design and expand health plan recommendation systems. Your role will involve tackling crucial strategic questions such as identifying the most appealing plans for our customers and developing effective metrics for new health plan benefits.
Your contributions will span building production-grade pricing models, executing online A/B testing, and utilizing experimentation to enhance health plan offerings. In this leadership role, you will not only build and guide technical strategy but also mentor fellow team members.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Compensation Details
The typical pay range for this position is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00. The offered salary will depend on a range of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant qualifications. This position also includes eligibility for a CVS Health bonus and the potential for equity in the company.
