About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources and strategic HR Business Partner for its Retail Business Unit. The successful candidate will be a key advisor to the General Manager, driving talent strategies and operational effectiveness in a global, high-growth division. This role requires a professional with a background in private equity-backed technology companies or similar fast-paced, results-driven environments, who can approach organizational challenges with a sharp business lens, optimizing structures, costs, and processes. The VP of HR will lead a dedicated HR team, own the vision and execution of critical HR initiatives, and ensure the company achieves its aggressive growth objectives. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted partner to the GM, rapidly gaining in-depth business knowledge, and applying a private equity lens to identify opportunities for cost transformation and value creation. The role also involves end-to-end talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning, as well as driving culture and performance transformation. The ideal candidate will have a Chief of Staff mentality, at least 10 years of global HR leadership experience, and a proven track record in aligning HR with operational and financial goals. They should be passionate about cultivating a high-performance, customer-centric culture and possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence and align senior executives around people strategies. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree and HR certifications being a plus.
