Job Responsibilities:
Perform calibrations in pharmaceutical industry environments, including biotechnology. Have strong knowledge in tolerance calculation and process tolerance evaluation. Assess calibration systems and manage calibration programs. Perform calibrations on bioreactors, utilities, formulation, and aseptic areas. Experience with Blue Mountain (RAM), Calman, or Procal software is highly desirable. Must possess experience in:
- Temperature, pressure, humidity, flow, mass, pH, conductivity, dimensions, and electrical measurements.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
- Associate degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related fields.
Qualifications (Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills):
- AD in Instrumentation Technology and/or Electronics.
- Fluent in Spanish and English is preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
- Ability to use hands to operate equipment, stand, walk, sit, climb, and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Work may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, mechanical parts, fumes, electrical hazards, and noise levels.
