Shift: 8:00 AM-6:30 PM

Skills:

• The following experience is required: 2 years of critical care experience IV insertion and phlebotomy skill conscious sedation experience

Education:

• Required: New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS, IV/Phlebotomy experience, AHA ACLS.
