Job Requirements
High Level Statement of the Role
This role is responsible for warehouse processes to support the daily business plan.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as a feedback link between AM/TL and team members to share daily results and improvement needs and/or ideas.
- Coordinate shop floor activities and document necessary information.
- Drive corrective action to improve quality, productivity & reliability.
- Provides input for resources & planning purposes.
- Expedite workflow and prioritize work distribution.
- Communicate material and quality issues to leadership team.
- Create and sustain a positive working environment that promotes productivity and flexibility.
- Create environment to be an employer of choice.
- Share best practices.
- Participates in leveraging available resources across the organization to manage cost structure.
- Able to balance customer and company needs.
- Ensure compliance to 6S practices.
- Mentor and develop team members within our organization.
