Experience with Kanban Inventory process. Count and record parts from inventory with accuracy using basic math skills Communicate shortages, scrap and delays when applicable. Read caliper, tape measure and interpret work instructions Identify the correct colored wire(s) per work instructions. Operate small hand and power tools Perform cuts, crimps, connections and soldering. Use computer software to locate and print assembly drawings. Identify and obtain accurate assembly fixtures as called by Work Order. Assemble products to Work Order specifications. Perform assembly tasks to meet daily production standards of quality and quantity. Package product for shipment Qualifications Education and Experience: High school or general education (GED) preferred Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required 2 years mechanical or electrical assembly preferred.
