Responsibilities Automotive Paint Touch-Up Technician:

• Perform minor paint touch-ups and cosmetic repairs on vehicles
• Sand, buff, and polish surfaces for a flawless finish
• Match paint colors accurately and apply touch-up coatings
• Prepare and mask vehicle surfaces before painting
• Ensure quality control by inspecting work for imperfections
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure top-tier results

Requirements/Qualifications Automotive Paint Touch-Up Technician:

• 1+ years of automotive paint/refinishing experience preferred
• Familiarity with prepping, masking, and buffing techniques
• I-CAR certification is a plus, but not required
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
