Responsibilities Parts Counter Person:
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries, orders, and pickups
- Support service technicians by providing the correct parts for repairs
- Accurately look up and source parts through catalogs and dealer systems
- Maintain and organize the parts department inventory
- Handle invoices, returns, and warranty parts documentation
- Deliver parts to Wholesale Customers
Qualifications Parts Counter Person:
- Previous automotive parts counter experience required (retail or dealership)
- Knowledge of GM parts systems a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent work ethic with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Strong commitment to prompt and reliable work attendance
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required Well provide training and certification
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record required
