The University of Idaho Alumni Association (UIAA) is an independent 501(3) nonprofit led by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Office of Alumni Relations (OAR) is a department within the University of Idaho Foundations Constituency Experiences unit, responsible for implementing alumni programming and managing day-to-day engagement efforts. Although legally distinct, the UIAA and OAR operate as collaborative partners under a formal service agreement with the UI Foundation with a shared mission: to foster lifelong connections between alumni and the University of Idaho.
