Lead Manufacturing Engineer
: Job Details :

Investigating problems and disruptions in production, identifying the root cause of the issues. Defining and implementing process improvements that impact safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity. Working with production and support teams to eliminate disruption, bottlenecks, and improve flow in the process. Ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient area for the employees working in assigned product area.,Comply with EHS regulations and policies, and supporting the resolution of EHS concern reports as required. Ensuring standard work, QA procedures and manufacturing documentation are in place and current. Support supervisors and teams in managing tooling needs. Support training needs as required. Support Lean initiatives, Kaizen events and other quality activities as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 Years experience working in manufacturing environment.
