Maintain and coordinate complex schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports; virtual meeting management and maintaining computer related hardware and software systems. Support the creation and editing of executive reports and presentations. Collect and manage monthly business review data. Handle tracking of portfolio realignments, new site openings, and community partnerships. Support the Salesforce contracting process and approval as needed. Provide administrative support to members of the department in an efficient and professional manner, including but not limited to preparing general correspondence and reports. Assist with preparation and maintenance of updated documentation to facilitate training of staff and other key partners on department projects, processes, and strategies.
