POSITION OVERVIEW The Director of Construction leads and develops construction management, capital management, purchasing, and construction projects. Ensures compliance with all federal and state regulatory codes. Duties and Responsibilities: Leads, supports and administers Development & Construction of new Health Campuses in partnership with Development partners and general contractors. Oversees the budgeting and purchasing all of FF&E for new buildings. Ensures that new construction is ready for life safety inspections. Oversees landscaping installation throughout new Health Campuses. Leads the internal process for all punch list items throughout the interior of Health Campuses.
