Lead the development of IT operating plan, ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy. Establish a management process and cadence with other IT leaders to track, monitor and manage the successful delivery of the IT operating plan. Ensure a clear and transparent picture of how IT is performing through the creation and updating of IT performance dashboards. Drive focus and prioritization within the IT organization through establishing strategic planning and governance principles and processes. Oversee development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, methodologies, and governance models as well as performance management frameworks and metrics to ensure the IT organization delivers value to the enterprise. Partner with IT leaders and other key stakeholders to mature the IT operating model to enable stronger business partnership that result in increased value from investments in technology solutions.
