Develops and executes recruiting strategies to target qualified candidates and support diversity initiatives. Develops and executes recruiting strategies to build relationships with community groups, leaders, colleges, and university. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions through internal and external customer follow-up. Monitors and develop new recruiting efforts through evaluating reports and results of departments' goals. Supports and assist other Human Resource functional areas as needed. BRING US YOUR BEST. Associate degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resource field. Minimum one year of relevant experience. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
