What you will do: (responsibilities listed are included but not limited to)Performs comprehensive evaluations, assessing the social, emotional and support needs of the patients and their families Sets measurable objectives that are formulated in conjunction with the rehab team. Assists the physician and other health team members in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to the patient's health problems. Instructs/counsels' patients and families in treating and coping with social and emotional response connected with illnesses.
