Prepares, portions, and dishes quality foods according to the menu, production schedule, and recipes. Records and communicates diet orders and changes. With on job education, understands modified diets and food allergies and intolerances providing special requests as needed and always works toward patient nutritional well-being and satisfaction. Delivers accurate, quality food for patients using exceptional customer service strategies. Maintains kitchen sanitation, safety standards, and cleaning schedule. Qualifications. Excellent communication and customer service skills, interest in hospitality and customer service. Prior hospitality experience recommended but not required.
