What you'll do... Transports hose carts to the production floor and connects high-pressure water hoses to the appropriate water and chemical connections on the wall. Uses high-pressure water hoses and handheld sprayers to wash down all equipment and thoroughly clean production lines. Spot cleans areas using scrub pads to remove any residual proteins from equipment after using high-pressure hoses. Obtains and maintains LOTO authorized user status to lock out equipment and ensure safety during the cleaning process. Assists Quality Assurance associates during pre-operations inspections and cleans any remaining proteins or unsanitary conditions discovered duringpre-operation inspections. Wears required personal protective equipment, including rain gear, boots, and goggles. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy;and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
