Work closely with customers in recommending grounding and grounding protection products and solutions for both new and existing applications. This role involves identifying opportunities, developing solutions, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards, and supporting projects from concept through production. You will serve as a key technical liaison between customers, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely solutions that drive business growth.Key Responsibilities**Identify customer and industry needs early to guide project direction.**Gather complete design input information and develop proposals, including product selection, design solutions, and project objectives.**Interpret and apply customer requirements, internal data, and research to optimize product specifications.**Manage sales and engineering projects from demand creation through production.**Serve as the primary interface between customers, Engineering, and Sales.**Coordinate with internal teams including production, project management, marketing, and quality.**Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.**Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, offering technical support and problem-solving assistance.**Attend project meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct customer calls.**Assist quality teams with on-site evaluations and technical discussions.**Draft and refine product specifications in collaboration with customers.**Drive revenue growth by aligning with key customer projects, new product streams, and technology innovations.Qualifications**Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Software, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution (required/preferred based on emphasis).**5+ years of experience in the power industry, focusing on low/medium voltage products.**Proven experience in the electrical industry, particularly with grounding and grounding protection products.**Strong understanding of systems design principles.**Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.**Excellent technical writing and communication skills.**Experience supporting manufacturing processes, including test plan creation and problem-solving on the production floor.
