Permanent job offer potential Location: Multiple group home sites in New York (Bronx, Queens, State Island) Schedule: Part time, 16 hours per week Job Responsiblities: New York CDN certification needed Shifts 6:30am-1pm or 11:30am-6pm Observe meals and write meal observation after each meal. Collect clinical data from charts. Write annual nutrition assessments or progress notes. NMSC dietitian can assist. Collect inventory (small kitchens) for the client. Communicate with the client and internal NMSC dietitian during visit.
