Kraemer Brothers is a family-owned general contractor based in Plain, WI, recognized for our commitment to quality, reliable service, and integrity in every relationship.

We are seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This role will work closely with Senior Management to help secure new projects, oversee contractual responsibilities, and lead all phases of project coordination and executions.

Essential Duties include:

-Initiate, administer, and secure subcontractors' bids

-Write subcontractor/supplier contracts and purchase orders

-Create detailed construction takeoff

-Prepare schematic and component budgets

-Coordinate and manage all administrative requirement/permits/pre-planning and post job review meetings to ensure accordance with design, schedule, and budget

-Professionally represent the company to architects, owners, subcontractors, and other external contacts to maintain the company's superior reputation

-Interact effectively with the company's business development staff, field operations personnel, and productivity and planning managers to achieve successful construction project objectives

Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience

-Knowledge of construction administration

-Maintain organization while managing multiple projects

-Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

-Written and Verbal communication skills

-Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering OR 5 years' experience
