Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant Location: Tampa FL Employment Type: Part-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle a variety of office tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Support data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
