Responsibilities BDC Representative:
- Respond to phone and internet inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments that lead to showroom visits and sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-through
- Track communications and updates using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals
Qualifications BDC Representative:
- Prior experience in BDC, call center, or customer-facing roles is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Automotive industry knowledge is a bonus, but not required
