Business Development Customer Service Representative

Land Rover Knoxville is hiring a professional, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Representative to answer inbound service calls, schedule appointments, and follow up to ensure satisfaction for our Service Department. Responsibilities BDC Customer Service Representative:

• Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule service appointments using internal systems
• Follow up with customers regarding appointment reminders and service status
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Support the service team by helping streamline communication and scheduling
• Ensure each customer receives timely, courteous service

Qualifications - BDC Customer Service Representative:

• Customer service, BDC, or call center experience preferred
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence handling high call volume
• Energetic, outgoing, and motivated to provide excellent customer service
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate customer management/scheduling systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
