AUTOMOTIVE MOBILE RECALL TECHNICIAN

Corwin Ford Nampa is looking for a highly motivated Mobile Recall Technician to join our team! In this role, youll have the unique opportunity to provide exceptional service to customers by performing recall repairs directly at their home or workplace. Were seeking individuals who are eager to learn and willing to grow in the automotive industry. While prior automotive experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who is ready to build a successful career with us.

We welcome Technicians from other brands and industries such as:Firestone, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, Valvoline, etc.

Responsibilities Mobile Recall Technician:

• Travel to customers' locations to perform recall repairs and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to vehicle recalls
• Maintain and transport all necessary tools and equipment for mobile repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Accurately document all work performed and communicate with the dealership service department

Qualifications Mobile Recall Technician:

• A good work ethic is required!
• Auto Maintenance experience preferred
• Previous mechanic training or schooling preferred
• Working knowledge of automotive shop equipment
• Energetic with a positive attitude
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid Drivers License and good driving record required
