Maintenance Mechanic - Mount Sinai Brooklyn - Full Time evenings
: Job Details :

Performance a variety of maintenance duties including but not limiting to building, maintaining installing, removing, and/or replacing. Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities: Perform routine inspection of major utilities systems such as heating, domestic hot water, electrical, emergency power distribution system, plumbing, medical gas, vacuum, bulk oxygen reading, negative pressure rooms reading, fire alarm and monitoring systems, document results; identify, report, and troubleshoot abnormal conditions; Revision of existing HVAC system operations thru Computerize Building Management System and ability to make an temperature adjustments and monitoring chillers and boilers operations. Response to any fire system alarms and ability to reset system back to normal from control panel. Ability to obtain G-17 (Bulk Oxygen Operation) Certificate of Fitness from NYC FD.
