Preventative Control Monitor
: Job Details :

Driver of Food Safety/ Sanitation programs, including but not limited to: FSMA compliance (including Preventive Control documentation), Cleaning & Verification, Self- Inspections, Corrective Actions, Maintenance, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hygienic Zoning Leading and directing Preventive Control Technicians in your designated area. Lead process improvement of Primary Pathogen Control Areas (PPCA) for cleaning and sanitation. Track and report Sanitation Preventive Control KPIs. Monitoring hygienic conditions in assigned PPCA area. Will be a back-up to other PC Monitors on the team to fill in during absences. Perform routine audits of assigned area for acceptable sanitary guidelines. Fix unsatisfactory audit findings for continual PC compliance. Ensure all cleaning activities are documented. Inspect equipment post cleaning pre sanitizing steps, execute ATP swabbing. Provide daily feedback to plant management as well as team members regarding regulatory compliance, quality/food safety...Control, Monitor, Control Technician, Manufacturing, Cleaning
