What You'll Be Doing

• Own daily operations for the Canada business unit
• Support business development, sales, and marketing teams

• Oversee SOPs, KPIs, CAPAs, and change controls
• Lead corporate compliance, financial reviews, and performance monitoring

About You

• Experience in Canadian pharma operations (generic preferred)
• Knowledgeable in regulatory/compliance frameworks
• Skilled in cross-functional project management
• Executive presence and excellent communication
