Job Title
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
- Providing coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices
- Providing feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
- Tracking each load accurately
- Accurately counting all pallets
- Maintaining pace of pallet configuration
- Ensuring that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
- Identifying priorities and coordinating resources
- Assessing and enhancing the skill set of pickers
- Recommending process improvements
- Coordinating picker and loader team
- Ensuring stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
- Embracing and promoting a culture of stack, wrap, strap
- Other duties as assigned
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 4 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation & benefits include:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.

Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 + year Warehouse Experience
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
