As our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you'll work closely with the Director of Nursing to shape policies, guide organizational strategy, and support the delivery of exceptional geriatric care. Salary Range: $81,120–$89,440

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in directing nursing units, including policy development and organizational planning

  • Develop and maintain infection prevention and control programs

  • Collaborate on occupational health and safety initiatives

  • Ensure timely reporting of notifiable diseases and public health engagement

  • Support and manage the nursing team while participating in patient care

  • Represent the department in committee meetings and public relations activities

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school

  • Active RN license in Ohio

  • Minimum two years of floor nursing experience, including at least one year in geriatric nursing

  • Management experience preferred

  • CPR certification required

  • Gerontology Nurse certification is a plus
