Lead multiple teams through senior engineering managers, creating alignment across product, engineering, and design. Serve as a key voice in company-wide technical decisions, balancing innovation with operational stability. Build and scale an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture focused on learning, accountability, and delivery. Partner with executive leadership to align engineering goals with overall business objectives. What We'll Expect From You: 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 8 years leading large, cross-functional engineering organizations.
