Community Center and Community Engagement. Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and leaders in the community, and potential new collaborators to strengthen program impact. Develop and implement strategies for outreach, inclusivity, and support to members of the community. Work closely with Corps Officers to make sure new and ongoing partnerships are aligned missionally with The Salvation Army. Respond to inquiries concerning partnerships and rentals, and maintain facility use calendar up to date. Review necessary documentation for rentals to uphold compliance with organizational policy and local and state law. Oversee the operation and use of the community center, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, facility usage, and maintenance in coordination with building staff. In coordination with Corps Officers, be on site for rentals to monitor appropriate use of the facilities, which can include evening, weekends, and holidays.
