Work Schedule. PRN/ REGISTRY position. Minimum of 16 hours every 6 weeks. Qualifications. Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required. Work Experience. Computer experience. Preferred. Licenses & Certifications. Bi-Annual CPR designation by recommended renewal date. Required. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of fundamentals of nursing course and be registered on the Illinois Department of Health Registry or a nurse who has completed RN or LPN Training in another country and completion of EKG.
