: Job Details :

Create, document, and implement new operational workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and system integration across manufacturing and distribution teams. Own and support operational systems used across manufacturing, production, and warehouse environmentsincluding labeling, WMS, MES, and ERP interfaces. Troubleshoot and resolve frontline system issues quickly to minimize downtime and prevent production delays. Identify root causes of recurring system and process problems and implement sustainable solutions. Design and improve workflows involving catchweight product scanning, unit conversions, and real-time label printing. Collaborate with Production, QA, and IT to streamline key business processes using automation, scripting, or configuration changes. Partner with vendors and internal developers to implement new tools or enhancements to existing systems.
