The Director, Finance provides strategic financial leadership and oversight for the facility's financial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and financial goals. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, margin improvement, and capital management. The Director collaborates with executive leadership, department heads, and corporate finance teams to support decision-making, enhance financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position typically represents the second most senior finance executive at the facility. Essential Functions Directs the completion of financial reporting in the Metro system, including Run Rate Analysis, scorecards, and special financial requests. Leads financial forecasting, mid-month projections, and month-end close processes, including reviewing contractual packages and reimbursement exhibits.
